Customer Returns
Thank you for supporting Indigenous. We work hard to be sure you are delighted with the quality of our products. If you have a problem with your order, or any of our products, we want to make it right. We stand behind all our products.
All returned merchandise, defective or non-defective, requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by Indigenous designs and a copy of the Indigenous Return Form. Before you return any items to Indigenous, please call 1 (707) 571-7811 x228 or e-mail info@indigenousdesigns.com and have our support agent issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Indigenous Guarantee
Indigenous Designs prides itself on our premium hand crafted quality apparel. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your garments fit, or feel the garment is defective in any way please call 1 (707) 571-7811 x228 or e-mail info@indigenousdesigns.com to contact a support agent.
Online Store Purchases
If you have purchased an Indigenous product from our online store and receive an incorrect or damaged shipment please contact us at info@indigenousdesigns.com or call 1 (707) 571-7811 x228. If we have made an error we will make it right at no cost to you.
If you change your mind and wish to return like new unopened products to Indigenous within 10 days, we need a copy of the original invoice, you must pay the return shipping and you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will also need a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Retail Store Purchases
If you have purchased an Indigenous product from a retail store and are not satisfied, please return the product (along with the receipt) to the store where you made the purchase. We do not give refunds for items purchased in retail locations.
If your place of purchase does not accept returns and you feel that the product is not up to Indigenous high standards you can call us at 1 (707) 571-7811 x228 within 10 days of purchase and we will consider a replacement. This is not a guarantee of replacement. Please include a copy of the original receipt and our return form as well as your concerns about the quality.
Indigenous Return Form
If you do choose to return any product to Indigenous we require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by Indigenous designs and a copy of the Indigenous Return Authorization Form. Before you return any items to Indigenous, please call 1 (707) 571-7811 x228 or e-mail info@indigenousdesigns.com and have our support agent issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
We will then email, FAX, or direct mail the Return Authorization Form. The top part of the form goes inside the box and the bottom stub is placed on the outside of the box.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.
