Shipping Costs
Indigenous offers FREE SHIPPING on all Internet orders over $100.00, and we only charge $7.50 for regular UPS ground delivery in the USA. Express orders will be charged more according to our costs. If you want express delivery or other shipping options please call 1 (707) 571-7811 x 228.
Shipping Methods
The standard method of shipping purchases from Indigenous is UPS ground. Any other shipping arrangements must be made in advance by calling us at 1 (707) 571-7811 ext 228.
Shipping Times
Indigenous will usually ship your order within 2 working days if stock is available. If you place your order at night, on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it by mid-week. UPS delivers to most Northern California locations in one day, most West Coast addresses within two days, but can take up to a week to reach the East Coast.
We make every effort to ship all express orders on the day they are received.
